Seems a little high to me, but depends on the area. New it probable went for $4199 with $400 of Suzuki accessories. $400 would have bought the small sinshield, saddle bags and brakets. So if those items are on the bike. What does a new one go for and does it have the accessory deal? Also by buying from a dealer, you should get some assurance of "ability to use for intended use", vs buyer beware off the street, but the dealer may be a poophead and not worth giving our money to.
